If you know Ray, you know that the definition of the word Kinetic is an accurate description of not only
the company, but the founder as well.
For 41 years, Ray has been responsible for setting the strategic vision of Kinetic - a company that is
considered a pioneer in the field of computer graphic design, production and digital output. Well
respected and a noted authority, Ray has delivered lectures in numerous cities - Baltimore, Chicago,
Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York, Orlando, San Antonio, San Francisco and London, England.
In the professional community, Ray was founding president of Louisville Advanced Technology Council, a
member of the International Association of Presentation Professionals, the Photo Marketing Association,
Greater Louisville, Inc, and past member of the Kentucky Technology Council.
Ray's passion and creativity are evident in the honors he's received. For his contributions in the areas
of Innovation & Productivity, Ray was awarded the Partner's in Progress Award by General Electric. The
Rotary Club of Louisville named him Rotarian of the Year, and he is a Rotary International Paul Harris
Fellow.
Ray was educated at Bellarmine University where he earned a BA in business administration and received the
Bellarmine University Alumnus of the Year award and served as a Trustee for 7 years.
Bob Poston III

Chief Technology Officer
Bob is responsible for assuring the successful execution of the Kinetic’s business mission through development
and deployment of Kinetic’s technological presence. This requires envisioning the Kinetic service offerings as
a software business, leading implementation of applications, and planning for risk and growth.
Bob holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Palm Beach Atlantic College and Bachelor's
degree of Arts in Economics, Business Administration, and Political Science from Indiana Wesleyan University,
and is a certified project management professional (PMP).
When Bob is not working he enjoys competing in triathlon’s and going for walks with his wife, twins, and
golden retrievers.
Rosanne M. Coulter
Controller
Rose is responsible for the overall financial activities at Kinetic Corporation, Kinetic Properties and
Distillery Commons Council of Co-Owners. Rose is also charged with coordinating all human resource efforts.
Simply put – she guards our financial and human capital.
Over the past 34 years, Rose has played many key roles in the evolution of the company. She is known for
her dedication and her accuracy.
Rose received her education at Spencerian College.
Tim Pitts
Director of Digital Services
Tim is responsible for leading our digital services team to deliver stunning visual solutions that
communicate our clients' brand promises.
Since joining Kinetic in 1987, Tim has helped a wide range of clients communicate their brand message
visually, including: FedEx, Churchill Downs, GE, YUM! Brands, Brown-Forman, and Valvoline.
Tim earned a BA in art and a BS in commerce from the University of Louisville.
